How do I set up ChataBING on my Web site?: After your account is set up, from the Subscriber Account Manager, you can automatically generate a snippet of code that you copy and paste into your Web site's html code. Complete instructions are provided in our Quick Tour.
How long does it take to implement?: People often get ChataBING up and running within a half hour.
How do I set up a department?: See our Quick Tour.

How can I buy additional operators?: Move up to the next package. See our Products page.
Do I get all features with the Standard version?: Currently all packages deliver the same features. The only difference is the number of departments and/or operators.
Do you offer a solution that I could host myself?: Not at this time.
What development technology does your software use?: ChataBING is developed using PHP, Javascript and HTML code.

What uptime can you guarantee?: Over 99% uptime.
Do you accept checks?: PayPal does accept eChecks as a form of payment; however using eChecks to pay for your ChataBING subscription will delay service until the check clears your bank.
What payment options do I have?: All payments are made on a monthly basis through PayPal. PayPal accepts various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, direct withdrawl from a linked bank account, withdrawl from a PayPal balance, or eChecks.
Can I customize the graphics to match my brand?: For a one-time fee, we offer the option for you to use custom chat buttons and logos. Go to our Products page to sign up.
Is there a contract or any penalty for cancelling?: No. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account. Your account will remain active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
